Jaws????

Nora has two new teeth, and boy are they sharp. Please don't ask me how I know . . . I just do. Anyway, check out this video Tim put together.

We think it is hilarious how Nora stopped crawling and just sat (very innocently might I add) as my mom walked by. "Nothing here to see, Nana. I'm just sitting here passing time . . ."

Oh So Thankful!

We are so thankful for every blessing that God has so generously given us. Tim and I are thankful for each other and thankful for our little miracle, Nora. We are thankful for our families and friends. It is amazing to love and to be loved. We are thankful for salvation and for God's goodness. He saved us and continues to bless us in spite of our unfaithfulness. Praise God!

We spent Thanksgiving day at Mama J's house with Aunt Mandy and Uncle Nick. Nana and Poppa as well as MawMaw and PawPaw Nora are here, and we have enjoyed every second with them. Nora has had the time of her life entertaining the crowd. She is showing off her crawling, cruising, standing, talking, talking, laughing, and her playing. Oh, I think forgot to say her talking. I know every parent thinks so, but I know Nora is exceptionally smart both intellectually and socially. For that, we are thankful.

Nora's move of the day: Pointing
Nora is pointing at everyone and everything. She even likes to touch pointer fingers. ET phone home. :D

Look Mom, No Hands!

Nora is making steps towards becoming a walker. I have seen her stand up on her own (without holding on to anything) twice. :D Let's start a new poll. When will Nora take her first step? Look below to vote.

Oh, BTW I let Nora out of my sight for one minute yesterday and she made her way up five stairs. I could have fainted. I didn't know she was able to do that! My baby is really growing up.

Ring around the ROSEOLA??????

Nora has been sick this weekend. She has roseola. Doesn't that sound too pretty to be a sickness? Well, it is an illness that includes fever and a rash on the mid-body area. Nora's fever is gone, but the rash is still there. Oh did I mention, she also has an ear infection. Pray for her to recover quickly, so we can have a fantastic turkey day.

BTW- We are spending Thanksgiving at Mama J's. Nana and Poppa will also be there and so will Mawmaw and Pawpaw Nora. We are so thankful for family.

Who's Your Daddy?

Observation:

Conclusion:
Tim is one proud Papa!
Observation:
Yesterday and today Nora kept standing up, pointing at Tim and saying "Da"
Conclusion:
I think she knows who her Daddy is. (not that there was ever a question about it.) Nora is still saying "dada" as a part of her baby communication, but "Da" is reserved for Daddy!

Gab "BEAR" ielle (It's a stretch, but Tim likes it)

I know Halloween was a while ago, but here are the pics. :D

Happy Birthday Parker!

Today, Nora went to Parker's first birthday party. She was able to see her friends Parker and Maddox. It had been a while since we last saw them.

Anyway, the party was great! Parker had a good time posing for pictures and eating his blue cake. We cannot wait to see all the pictures of Parker with his blue face. :D

Only a few short months before Nora will also be turning one. I cannot believe how fast time flies.

My Mama's for Obama!

While in Colorado, we were able to go see Presidential nominee Barack Obama. WOW! What an experience. Nora started clapping for the first time and it was so funny watching her get wild when everyone was cheering. My baby was able to be a part of history in the making.
YES WE CAN!
